Security Error

A user in another country is getting the following error
when he tries to open the infopath form in design mode:

Insufficient Security Privilege

This from cannont be opened because it requests domain
security level and is only allowed restriceted security
level.


I have looked on the web and in help and at the obvious
security features in infopath but can't seem to find a
solution.

Can anyone help pls?

This error can't appear when opening in Design mode. In Edit mode, this
error means that the form template is not being opened at the location it
was published to. Whenever the form template was saved originally, it was
given an attribute called a publishURL which identifies where it should be
opened from. For form templates that require external data access (such as
a webservice connection, Roles, or a submit adapter), opening somewhere
other than the publishURL is not allowed for security reasons.

I use SP1:
I have the same problem, I designed a Form that uses a Submit Connecto
/ Adapter that all it does is save the form to a Document Library i
Sharepoint.

Originally I saved the form on my HD, but then tried to Publish it t
a Sharepoint using the "create a new form library" option.

I cannot publish to the Sharepoint, it tells me that the form librar
has been deleted or moved or does not exists and that I should chec
with my Network Administrator ( that's me ) if I have privileges.

I tried removing the button and Submit Adapter, but nothing changes,
get the same error.

I also shared my HD and a co-worker tried to open the form stored on m
HD from his PC.. he got the same error.

I can't find any information on the Web about this.

I found the problem, it seems that SP1 and the Submit adapter requires that the form needs to be signed before deployment.

What I did was to select Full Trust and create a signature, then the other users get prompted to install or accept the new certificate, the certificate is displayed as a NO Valid certificate, this is because the certificate was created locally on my PC and not with Verisign or a MS Certificate Manager Server. But for this case the user accepted the certificate, installed it and he is now able to read and use the form.

Key word for the solution: Signature / Sign the Form with a Certificate before deployment.
