We have a shared Excel Spreadsheet which is used by multiple people. They
keep adding multiple shortcuts to the main path which just clutters
everything up and is confusing. They all connect to the mail file, but
occasionally one comes up that is defined as a shortcut, but does not save
changes to the main spreadsheet.
Also, I have columns formatted with validation set-up and someone keeps
going in and changing the column back to "General" which throws out the
validation.
Is there a way to keep people from being able to:
1) Create Shortcuts
2) Protect the formatting of cells, while allowing data entry into the cells?
