security for attachments

Hello,

I'm looking for a function to allow me to send attachments
to somebody with permisions. Means the addressee can open
the attachement can read it, but no forwarding no save or
save as. Just to have security for the attachment

If you use an Exchange server, and the recipient is on the same server, it
may be possible. SMTP (Internet) mail, however, simply has no support for
that.
