In some of our centers we have shared logins for some of our users. We
decided to add multiple outlook profiles to those login accounts so each
person could use outlook 2003 to pick up their email.
We have the option checked so that each person is prompted for a password to
log in.
If Cached mode is enabled you get a preview of that persons inbox behind the
login box. We thought collapsing the messages was good enough but the we
realised that you can actually browse through each of these folders and read
all of that persons email without having to enter the password.
Does anyone know how you can lock this down or disable the preview from
coming up?
