I ran the Security Wizard and I can´t open the database because I have not
the permissions, although I am the administrator and the creator. What shall
I do?

You're probably not joined to the workgroup used to secure the database. The
security wizard usually makes a desktop shortcut you can use to open the
database with the correct workgroup, but if not you can build a shortcut
with this as the target:

"full path to msaccess.exe" "full path to your database" /wrkgrp "full path
to the workgroup file"
