Security Login Issue

Hi,
I have an access database and a bunch of users that would
need to log into the access application. When they launch
the file, they are prompted for their username. I also
have one user who is never prompted. It loggs her in
under "Admin". Anyone know why? or what settings need to
be made?

Please Advise.

You have two problems. The user that is not getting prompted is not using the
correct Workgroup file. She either needs to "Join" the correct Workgroup using the
Workgroup Admin Utility or you need to provide her a shortcut to your file that
specifies the correct Workgroup file as a command line argument (the latter is the
preferred way).

Your second and bigger problem is that you have not applied security properly. The
person using the wrong workgroup should not be able to get into your file at all.
They should be getting a "You don't have permissions..." error. The most basic of
tests when applying security is to make sure that users cannot open your file using
any workgroup other than the one used to create it.
