Security on Resource pool

Hi.

I wanted some more information on how you can restrict access under the
resource pool. Seems like all those producing project plans using the
resource pool need read / write access to write their plan to the pool.
However, this means that they can also change infotmation in the pool should
they want to. Can this be stopped?

If you don't want Resource Pool data updated regularly I strongly recommend
you don't use one as any file renaming, moving or over-writing will sooner
or later corrupt one or more files. Instead you should use file
consolidations with no link (insert, Project deselect link option). This
creates a copy of all projects and consolidates all resource data for
reporting purposes.

You can't have security on a Resource Pool.
