'Security' option missing from Macro selection

Anyone know why the Security selection is missing from my
Access 2003 menu (Tools > Macro > ) Or perhaps there is
another way to set Macro security from within Access
2003 - other than the way the Help system indicates?

Try resetting your menu bar in toolbars, customize.
