Security problems with Access 2003 & 2007

I have been using Access 2003 to create a database for my company. I have
been working on setting up user permissions. I used the wizard to set up a
text security on a copy of the database. It appears that I got it to work
correctly, but the problem is that one person in our office is using Access
2007 on the operating system, Vista.

What do I need to do to make the database accessable to Access 2007?

Nothing. This user can open A2003 databases (.mdb, .mde) just fine,
and his shortcut would have the same /wrkgrp switch to point to the
same workgroup file (.mdw).
