I have a need to have all projects owned by one Program
Manager to also be completely accessable to another
program manager - kind od like a backup while on vacation
type of situation. Normally, these 2 PMs would not need
access to each others programs.
I am using the enterprise security features and don't see
any easy way to do this other than to manually create a
category and add both PMs programs to the category, then
add both PMs to the category. Surely there is an easier
way to do this.
