every time in Outlook 2007 when clicking on folders, I get the message 'your
current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded'

please, how can I fix this?

p.s. I haven't been changing anything inside the program, which worked great,
I think using program called 'Advanced Windows Care beta2' made some changes,
but II can't figure out where.
