Security warning: unsafe expressions are not blocked

I am getting a Security warning: unsafe expressions are not blocked when
users are trying to log into the Access 2003 database through the Citrix
Server. Any suggestions on how I can eliminate that?

Have you tried Tools - Macro - Security - Set to "Low"
