Security with Database-Sharing in Business Contact Manager

Hi,

Is there a way to establish some sort of hierarchy of access with Business
Contact Manager? I'm looking to find a way to establish different (maybe more
advanced) groups/access permissions so that different sales teams can share
information within themselves, but a member of one team will not be able to
access another team's information. I'm hoping that managers/executives would
also be able to grant themselves different access privileges so that they can
view and edit all the information. Basically, I'm looking for a more nuanced
way to let some people in and lock others out.

Any input is much appreciated. Thanks!
