security with email

i delete all emails and empty them. are these emails still on the hard
drive . if so, how can i delete them. in outlook express there is a folder
i can emply in application data. is there a same situation for outlook?

All your Outlook data is in your PST file(s).
General note: even when you delete things, they're still recoverable from
the disk if someone is serious about getting them back. What's your goal?
