I have tried previous suggestions regarding and I still cannot get it to
work: "You do not have the necessary permissions to use the <name> object.
Have your system administrator or the person who created this object
establish the appropriate permissions for you."

I got it to work, I had not created the shortcut. But have it now, thank you
