If you wish your project managers only to see the projects they personally
have created, then you could modify the My Projects category as follows:
1. Open the My Projects category for modification
2. Select the "Only the projects indicated below" option in the Projects
section
3. Select the "Allow users in this category to view all projects they
manage" option
4. Select any of the remaining three options as you desire
5. Click the Save Changes button
Once you have done this, you will need to modify the Project Managers group
by completing the following steps:
1. Open the Project Managers group for modification
2. Remove the My Organization category from the Project Managers group
3. Click the Save Changes button
You need to remove the My Organization category from the Project Managers
group because it gives global permissions for the project managers to see
every project in the portfolio. Hope this helps.

wouldn't I need to create new categories if I want to prevent the project
managers from seeing all the projects in My Projects? It seems I would have
to create new categories and then designate the specific projects for each
category in order to make sure project managers only see the projects they
are entitled to.
