How do you turn security off if you can't open the database?
I can't find the WIF to delete it.
You can't. That's why it's secure; if it were that easy to unsecure a
database, it would have no security at all, since anyone could just
delete the file. And deleting the SYSTEM.MDW file (which I'm guessing
is what you meant by WIF) won't help you a bit.
If you didn't record your PID (Personal Identifier) used at the time
you created the account, you may be out of luck.
