See some email "From" field is blank in inbox

Dear Experts,

I found in my outlook inbox some email From field is blank. When i opened it
i can see the sender email. And when i checked its internet headers, there is
no "From:".

Just wonder how the sender can do it? Is it related to smtp server or ISP
issue?
