Hi,
I'm forwarding a message from my "sent" folder to someone.
The message looks like this:
To: John Smith, Rachel Carson, Harold Bole
The reason I'm forwarding it to someone is I want that person to have
the list of addresses to whom I sent the original message so they can
use the same list to send a message to.
When I'm looking at the message , I can right-click on "John Smith" and
choose properties and see that he is really (e-mail address removed) .
But when I forward the message, the receiver will only see "John Smith"
as text and won't be able to copy-paste the list of addresses.
What I really want is for the message to show the actual email addresses
(the addresses I would see if I right-clicked each one and did
"properties" ) . So I want it to look like this:
To: (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed)
Is there a way I can tell outlook to show the addresses as these real
email addresses instead of the "display name" ?
Thanks. /Eric (e-mail address removed)
