See visualizations not Movie

I created a PPT with movies embedded intot he slides. I did use
Insert->Movies and Sounds->Movies from File. After Package the Presentation
fof CD it plays fine on my laptop but when it plays on another computer they
see media visualizations but the can hear the video. Does anyone have any
idea how to fix this?

whats the format of the video. Sounds like its a format that computer 2 has
difficulty playing in mplay32.exe. Sometimes other video application modify
the settings or maybe the codec is missing. Austin has an excellent tutorial
on this type of problem

I used the .avi format. The points mentioned in the tutorial have been
addressed it seems to be something else.
