Hello,
I am using Entourage via Exchange to see the email of a person I am
delegate for. I can't see the other mail folders, like Sent, Deleted,
Junk, plus any personal folders they may have created on their own,
ex: Family, To Be Replied To, Work, Gym, etc.

Is it possible the person who gave me permissions did not give me
permissions to all the folders? These are the permissions I currently
have:

Calendar: Editor (can read, create, and modify items)
Tasks: Editor (can read, create, and modify items)
Inbox: Editor (can read, create, and modify items)
Contacts: Editor (can read, create, and modify items)
Notes: Editor (can read, create, and modify items)
Journal: None

Does Outlook have capabilities Entourage doesn't, in this case?

Thanks!

Are you 100% sure you have the proper permissions on these specific
folders?? I am delegate for other people here too and I sure can see all
the folders I'm supposed to.

Indeed...

Thanks Corentin! I think that has to be the problem. Because, I have
both Entourage on my Mac and Outlook on my PC and I can't see the
other folders on either machine...

Thanks so much!
