Seeing Only Plain Text on an HTML Msg

Looking for some help to a nagging problem.

Am running Outlook 2002, SP3 on Windows XP.

On certain (1 or 2) e-mail senders of known identity, I can only see the
message in plain text. The message is being sent as an HTML message (or so
the header says) and is being sent from a Macintosh.

I have checked everything that other messages here have suggested and
nothing is configured to view messages as plain text. I get other HTML
messages just fine. I am running the messages thru Mailwasher, but that
doesn't seem to effect other HTML messages.

Any help anyone can provide would really, really be appreciated.
