Seeing the Folder and its sub-directories when clicking a Favorit.

Before Outlook Office 2K3, when you clicked a Favorite folder, Outlook would
take you to that folder that you just clicked and you could see all the
sub-directories of that folder. How do we get that same effect now, in
Outlook 2K3?
