How to use the seek method of ADODB to find a mutil-fields indexed record, like finding FirstName and LastName use seek method. Please help! thanks !!

Bossing Dorian! can u kindly show me an actual sample for that segment of code?! I just don't understand where (7,11) came from! but i'll try to figure it out too! many thanks ....
