Seeking instructions on upgrading from Groove 3.1a to 2007

I have not yet upgraded to Office Professional 2007 because I wanted to first
find out if it's possible to upgrade my Groove installation (currently 3.1a)
to the 2007 version without it creating a bunch of problems (which is what I
am expecting). I have a ton of data in Groove.

Is there any guidance available on how to do this (assuming it can be done)?
Or will I need to first uninstall the 3.1a version and start all over?

The subject computer is running XP (skipping Vista).

If that does not answer all of your concerns, please post your specific
concerns. I migrated all 15 of our machines with no problem, but my usage
pattern may be different from yours.

Don, that's great. It's too bad that MS doesn't provide such info for their
own products.

My installation is straight out of the box on 3 PCs. Just use it for file
sharing. Do you think it's safe to install 2007 over 3.1a? or should I
uninstall 3.1a first and start over with Groove 2007?
