Segregating cost over fiscal years

I'm trying to separate baseline and cost from 2005 and download to a report.
Does anyone know how to do this without copy and paste from Detail sheet in
Task Usage view. I need Total Baseline, Previous Years Baseline and Current
Baseline as well as total Actual, Previous Years Actual and Current Year
Actual as columns in Gannt chart view.

Jackie,
I'm not sure what you mean by, "...download to a report", but it sounds
like you want some custom cost fields by fiscal year on the Gantt Chart
view.

Provided the Task Usage view is set up to show a full fiscal year of
data, one method is to copy and paste, but this would be very tedious
and prone to error. Since the data you need must come from selected
portions of the timescaled data shown in the Usage view, the only real
way to get the data summarized as needed is via a VBA macro. However if
you don't have VBA experience or don't know someone who does, this
approach won't help much. As an alternate you might want to try using
the "Analyze timescaled data in Excel" utility/add-in found on the
Analysis toolbar.
