The Selfcert program generates an error. The message is "An error
occurred during certificate creation. Selfcert was unable to create your
certificate." It occured after I changed my network password. It is
realted to my profile: It did not happened when I logged using an
alternate profile. This is quite strange and I have not been able to
find any article in Microsoft KB. Recently I have moved to Windows XP
with Office 2003 suite.
