Select all in Query help

Hi
I have a search form with a drop down select box How can
a query be modified so if a selection is not selected it
will return a record as if all in that field have been
selected instead of a database error or no records
returned.
Can this SQL be modified

Geographical_location = '::Geographical_location::')
