Select folders for Cached mode?

We are forced to use Cached mode on Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 because
we are also using Business Contact Manager.
Is there any way to control which folders are "cached" and which are
not? (I want to reduce the number of cached folders to a minimum). If
there is no way to select specific folders, how does outlook decide
which folders to cache?
