Select in Access Report

Hi,
I have created a report which needs to 'pull' information
from a table depending on the value in the table.
I deally, i would like to use a select statement.
i.e. "Select Name from Invoice_Numbers where
InvoiceNumber=1234".
Is it possible to do this in a report? If so, how do i?
If not, how could i represent this expression?
Could i get an example please?
