Select multiple attachments

I'm using a different machine and when trying to select
multiple attachments to insert - it only allows one at a
time. I cannot use the shift or control key to select
multiple documents. Can someone tell me why

You can select multiple files in Windows Explorer and then drag them to your
message in the task bar - that should insert the selected and dragged files
as attachments to your message.
