How to select ALL (%), but only when no parameter is selected ? (For an
integer field)
If I pass the value '%', then ALL fields with a value are selected, but not
those which are NULL, I need to select both, but only when a parameter is
not passed from a form, if it is then just filter with the form value
passed.
