I am doing an email merge. I have done label merges and letter merges from
this excel spreadsheet, and it has worked before, selecting specific clients
to print. I selected 150 of 300 clients from the Excel spreadsheet list. I
put the checkmarks in the clients I wanted the email to go to. I finished
all the steps and when asked at the end the options of who I wanted the
emails to go to, the choices are ALL, CURRENT, or FROM__ TO__. I chose ALL
as I thought it would send to ALL CHECKED. It sent to ALL 300, not the ones
Ihad checked. Which option should I use so that it only sends to the people
I had checked? They are not in continuous numerical order for me to use FROM
TO, they are scattered thruout the spreadsheet. Thank you.
