selected Pivot Table filter items

Is there any way to return the selected pivot table report filter items in a
worksheet? If my report filter items (using optional Select Multiple Items)
are one through ten, and I select 3 and 5, I would like to return "3, 5" in
the spreadsheet. Thanks
