Selected printing problem

3 people using one database. two people receive this
message when trying to enter reports. "There was a
problem retrieving printer information for this object.
The object may have been set to a printer that is
unavailable" no problem on the third PC.

Well.... what did you do to troubleshoot the differences in printers?
