Selected text color

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

How do I change color formatting of selected text? Default in Office 2008 for Mac is a light blue highlight color which is really hard to see for my aging eyes. As a recent covert to Macs, I wish I could change to Office for Windows default, which is black highlight over white text, which is a lot easier to see.

That's determined by your OS X System Preferences. In the Display group
you'll find a Highlight Color setting - pick whatever you like

Thank you. But that only adds a different highlight and does not invert colors (black letters on white to white letters on black as it happens in office for windows). I guess I am being too picky.

Sorry, but AFAIK there is no way to change the color of the text itself.

In case anyone is confused about what is going on, this piece of slime is
trying to inject Spam into the forum.

The spam filter has been upgraded and it is whacking his sad little URLs...

Actually, I suspect "whacking" was not a good word to use in relation to his
URLs, but you know what I mean...
