In our office there is one computer that has been setup exactly the same as
all others, Windows 2K - latest updates and SR-4 + Office 2K
However, when this one person gets a CrainsNY newsletter (HTML) and goes to
select a link to read the rest of the article, a popup explorer browser will
not initialize.
This works on all other computers if we forward the newsletter.
There is no popup blocker software and the internet options/security is set
to low-medium.
