Selecting last value from a column

I would like to be able to select the last data value from a column of 12 rows, one for each month, and capture it in a single cell elsewhere. I'd like this to be a macro I could run on command after entering data in 4 or 5 columns and capture the last values into 4 or 5 single cells, respectively

Ex: from B10 to B21, select the last entered value starting with B10 and enter that number into AA1
from B40 to B51, select the last entered value starting with B40 and enter that number into AB1
etc..
