Selecting masters in a stencil

N

Nicolas

Hi.
Is there any object that shows me the masters I've
selected from a stencil (not from a drawing)?

I'm trying to show a custom form when someone clicks on a
command, and the Master is selected, but I have´'t had
any luck. (this could be adding a new menu item to the
right click menu, but I dont know how to do that neither.

Thanks,

I haven't tried it with a stencil but it's pretty easy to hook into the
SelectionChanged event. You might want to give that a try.

Hi Chuck.
I tried to use this event, buy I found two problems:
1. It seems that the Selection collection only works for a "drawing"
or a "shape" window, and
2. The "onSelectionChange" event does not trigger with a Stencil
window.

If you or someone else has another idea, please let me know...

Thank you,

Nicolas.

Hi Nicolas

In Visio 2003 this problem will be resolved by a new Masters-property.
You can order the Visio 2003 Beta on Visio Homepage!
