Hello
I have a form in Access with a subform. The main form is our order form and
the subform is the list of products assosiated with the order. On the main
form i have two combo boxes. One combo box lists where the product is to come
from (coldstore). The second combo box lists our customers to whom we are to
sell the products to.
What i want to do is to be able to do is book out the products from the
coldstores using another form. For example i double click on a blank record
in the subform, this brings up another form where i can chose the product,
coldstore and batch number from which the stock is to be booked out from and
when i close the form i want this data to be copied into the subform as one
record.
I'm not sure whether i should be using queries, dlookup or whatever
Please help..
Many Thanks
Steve
