At one time I downloaded a great add-on from Microsoft. It allowed you to 'vote' on whether or not to autoforward an e-mail to a specified address. Eventually Outlook 'learned' your preferences and only forwarded important mail. In addition Outlook would eliminate all the useless header information and abbreviate words in the mails it forwarded. This made it much more valuable when forwarding e-mails to a mobile phone with a limited screen size and character count. Does anyone know if the tool still exists out there somewhere?
