Self-Calulating Form in FP'02

As an added note to the inquiry I just sent, I copy-
pasted the code from the cited page into an FP'02 page
under development. It reproduced fine on the FP page and
when I previewed-tested it in a browser. However, when I
tried to get it to calculate, I got run-time error
messages.

The "onChange" references were in the form code,
referring to the scripts code contained above the </Head>
tag. I copied and pasted the necessary code and it
worked fine. Now, however, the code seems to drop out in
Frontpage'02 - Page View - HTML View.
