licnsee of the program. Per the End User License Agreement (retail and OEM
version): The Software Product is licensed, not sold.
Next: Per the retail EULA:
Software Transfer. Except as specified in this Section, the initial licensee
of the Software Product may make a one-time permanent transfer of this EULA
and Software Product only directly to an end user. This transfer must
include all of the Software Product (including all component parts, the
media and printed materials, any upgrades, this EULA, and, if applicable,
the Certificate of Authenticity). Such transfer may not be by way of
consignment or any other indirect transfer. The transferee of such one-time
transfer must agree to comply with the terms of this EULA, including the
obligation not to further transfer this EULA and Software Product.
Subscription Products are non-transferable.
Per the OEM version:
Software Product Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of Your rights
under this EULA only as part of a sale or transfer of the HARDWARE, provided
You retain no copies, You transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including
all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this
EULA and, if applicable, the Certificate(s) of Authenticity and Confirmation
Number(s)), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
So...........if you bought FP as a stand alone version, it's yours to sell.
If you got FP2002 as part of a package with some sort of hardware (probably
a computer purchase), you must get rid of EVERYTHING you purchased in that
deal (as in the whole computer).

agreed to the terms and conditions when you clicked on the "I agree" button
the first time you fired that program up.
Basically your answer is yes but you need to know what the rules are to do
so.
