Semicolons instead of Commas on formulas and CSV files.

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

How can I change the semicolons to commas on Excel formulas and CSV files?

Right now fomulas show like this:
=sum(A1;B1) and i'd like for them to be =sum(A1,B1)

and the same goes for CSV files.

My international configuration is currently set to United States and my keyboard is Spanish ISO.

Please help!
