Sen & receive error message

Looks like quite a few people are having problems with send & receive since
upgrading to 2003!

Every day, usually quite a few times (but not everytime), when sending &
receiving I get the following error message:
"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x80004005) : 'The
operation failed.'"
Anyone any clues what's going on? It doesn't seem to affect anything, it's
just ammoying getting these all day!

Are you using Norton Antivirus? The following Microsoft article suggests
