Send a personal distribution

Is there an easy way to send a personal distribution list
to someone so that they can load the same distribution
list in their personal file? Thanks!!

When distribution list is displayed, save as a msg file. The recipient of
that file can double-click to display with Outlook, then 'copy to' Contacts
folder.
