Send a Word 2007 Form Via Email

Hello,

I created a Word form in 2007 with a combination of check boxes and radio
buttons. I tried to record a macro that at the touch of a button would send
the form to a particular email address, but I have not been able to get the
macro to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
