Send and receive at startup

Just moved form Outlook Express to Outlook for email

I have a permenant internet connection and do NOT want to send and recieve
email when I start Outlook.

Is there a send and receive at startup option somewhere??
as in Outlook express

Since you didn't state your Outlook version, the following is for Outlook
2003.

Tools>Send/Receive>Send/Receive Settings>Define Send/Receive Groups.
