send and receive error

When I hit the send receive button I get "operation
failed" message. Anyone know why this just started and
how to get rid of it? Thanks!

Not without more details.

It could be that your POP3/SMTP settings are wrong or that ports are blocked
on your computer by firewalls. It is also possible that the mailserver is
down for maintenance.

Were you using Office 2003 beta?

See my own post (and various others!) - I reverted to Office XP after using
2003 beta, and have the same problem. It's an Outlook error, not the ISP. I
just don't know how to sort it!
