Why can't people I send E-mails to view attached .BMP photos?
Version of Outlook? 2003 (11.8010.8107) SP2
Type of mail account? Don't understand this, but I think POP/SMTP with Cox?
Do the bmp-files show as attachment in your Sent Items folder? No They show the same as they did on the orig. E-mail.
Do they show when you send a test message to yourself? Yes, they show just fine.
integration and try again. I use free AGV 7.2.

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

I am using XP Pro. I am using Microsoft Outlook as my default E-mail.
I will receive an E-mail that has .BMP photos and I can view it just fine,
I
click Forward, add names to send to click send, they are received by the
people I send them to , however they do not see any photos.
I will do the same thing with .JPG's and all receive them just fine?
I can create a new E-mail, insert .BMP's and .JPG's the the only photos
that
can be viewed are the .JPG's.
I'm think some where in set up or options ? must be a box to check that
will
send these files? I hope you can come up with some good advice?
Thanks,
Cle

This continues to happen. I thought it would be a simple answer for the
experts?
Thanks,
